Before I started EC, I was an Art Director for an athletic apparel company. I'm not a terribly athletic person, and therefore didn't have a ton of passion for the job. Part of the job was attending cycling, running, nordic skiing and other races. At every race I noticed that the Medical and Emergency areas were all under pop-up tents.
Between the fact that I didn't care about the race, and the fact that I'd set up my fair share of pop-up tents for Warped Tour and other festivals, I took notice of their tents. What I noticed immediately is that the tents they were using were not the same tents I was used to seeing and using.
The frames were strong. The connections were tight. The bases were large and made of steel. The roof didn't let any light through. The shade provided was substantial. The frames weren't secured with Gaff Tape, and the roofs weren't tied on. When you're creating a shelter that could be used to mend a broken limb for Lance Armstrong, I guess you don't mess around. As it turns out, I also don't mess around.

Please note: Our tent pricing is divided between frames and roofs. Our MasterTent frames come with a 2 year manufacturer warranty. If you already have an EC Merch Tent, you many very well NOT need a new frame.
Ordering is a pretty straight-forward process. Start by selecting your options from the drop down menu below. Please make sure to select an option for each drop down menu. If you don't need an item in a drop down menu, simply select –No Item–. In the comment box below, please include any additional comments, questions, or specifics about the order. You can also list anything pertaining to color changes, artwork modifications, due date, etc there. After your options are selected, simply add the product to your Cart. From there, you can either shop for more EC products, or proceed to checkout.
If you have artwork, you can upload it at this time using our Artwork Uploader. If we will be creating custom artwork for you, we will begin the creative process after the order is placed. You can always email us at info@ecstageart.com or call us at +1 (608) 519-0316 with any questions.
Once you proceed to checkout, you can enter your credit card information and the order will automatically be entered into production! One of our Customer Service Reps will be in touch with you immediately to confirm the artwork and any other specifics regarding the order. Merch Tents are currently on a 3 week turnaround, but keep in mind that we're a custom company - and that includes our turnaround times! If you need a Merch Tent in less than 2 weeks, please communicate that. We'll do everything in our power to ensure we meet whatever due date you have.
Configure & Order
The only frames that provide the top-quality standards our discerning professional clients demand is an Italian manufacturer called MasterTent. MasterTent frames and roofs are made for the harshest conditions imaginable; from search-and-rescue shelters to on-site medical and emergency structures. They are the only frames and roofs that we believe provide the strength, longevity, shelter, and functionality that the rest of our product line exemplifies.
MasterTent frames come with a 2 year manufacturer warranty. If anything happens to your frame in that period, it will be replaced with a brand new frame. Beautiful. The lifespan of the MasterTent frame far outlasts the 2 year warranty, but it's great to know that MasterTent stands behind their frames. What that means to our clients is that you don't need to buy a new frame every time you buy a new tent! If you buy a full EC Merch Tent for your festivals this summer, when next summer comes and you want different artwork on your roof than the previous year, you only need to buy a new roof - not an entirely new Merch Tent! That's why the pricing on the ORDERING page is separated between frames and roofs, because our returning clients are saving more and more money each year by only buying new roofs for their existing frames.
Our roofs are fabricated using the same Impregnation Printing found on our other products, a process that actually impregnates the inks into the fibers of the fabric. Since the inks are impregnated into the fibers of the fabric, rather than sitting on top of the fabric, you maintain the original properties of the fabric, completely unaltered. On top of that, Impregnation Printing offers extremely brilliant colors, no digital limitations, total UV resistance, machine wash-ability, and inks that won't crack, fade, or peel - ever! For our solid color roofs, we use MasterTent roofs and apply spot digital graphics to the roof, combining both EC's cutting edge print quality with MasterTent's tried-&-true roofs. A wonderful marriage.
